Learned Government Pleader has placed on record a communication dated 28/07/2025, addressed by the Deputy Secretary, State of Maharashtra, intimating him that the Government has taken a decision to give grant in aid to the petitioner with effect from the year 2012-2013 @ 20%, 2013-2014 @ 40%, 2014-2015 @ 60%, 2015-2016 @ 80%, and 2016-2017 @ 100%. The said communication is marked as 'X' for identification purposes. He, however, submits that the grant-in-aid payable to the petitioners will be calculated and the same will be disbursed to the

2 926 cp 271-21 petitioners within two months from today. We record the said statement as an undertaking to this Court.
