The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as per the order of this Court dated 14th October, 2020 in Writ Petition No. 6865 of 2020, the petitioner has approached the respondent for review of her suspension, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

If the application filed by the petitioner for review of her suspension (page 25) is pending with the respondent, then the respondent shall take decision on it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously within a period of three (03) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
