This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing

In view of the aforesaid, delay is condoned and permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No1A2 on record.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 5.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Time for carrying out amendment in terms of order dated 04.05.2023 for bringing legal representatives of Respondent No.1-A in Civil Application No.4609 of 2023 is also extended by a period of one week from today.
