Learned counsel Smt. Rakh for the applicants states that 50% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body was withdrawn. Later on, matter was compromised in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the acquiring body states that in the compromise pursis of Lok Adalat it is stated that 75% of the amount was withdrawn before the matter was settled in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel Smt. Rakh requests that the amount of 50% be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, ca3248.20.odt

Jalna for being paid to the claimants.

Considering the rival submissions Registrar (Judicial) to verify whether 50% or 75% of amount was paid before the settlement in the Lok Adalat and therefore, remaining amount be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalna for being paid to the claimants.
