The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.31/2021 registered with Umari Police Station, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC"). 2.

The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 9th March, 2021. Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions submitted that pursuant to the interim protection granted by this Court, the applicant was shown arrested and bail bond has been executed by him. Charge sheet is also filed. The said fact is also confirmed by the learned APP on instructions from the concerned police station.

In view of above, the question of subjecting the applicant to custodial interrogation does not arise. Hence, I pass the following order :-

O R D E R

i.

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 250 of 2021 of is allowed; ii.

The order dated 9th March, 2020 is confirmed. iii.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.31/2021 registered with Umari Police Station, Dist. Nanded, the applicant be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; iv.
