It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 that in the judgment dated 20.01.2025 inadvertently the fees of the appointed counsel remained to be quantified. 3.

In the judgment and order dated 20.01.2025 in the operative part after clause no.(iii) following clause no.(iv) be added. (iv) The fees of learned Advocate Mr.A.E. Madne appointed to represent respondent No.2, is quantified at Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred), to be paid by the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad.
