The dispute is with regard to the grant of family pension. Initially family pension was granted, however, subsequently because of some dispute it was stopped.

It is submitted that, the petitioner will move the proposal afresh by complying all the necessary formalities. 3.

The respondent - Bank shall consider the same and take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within eight (8) weeks from receipt of fresh proposal from petitioner. 4.
