By this Writ petition, the petitioner assails the notification declaring Satara-Devlai Municipal Council to be the part of larger urban area i.e. Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad. 2.

Learned A.G.P. states that even elections of the Members of the Municipal Corporation of the said area has been held. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner was absent on 18.3.2016, when the matter was called out. Today also the learned counsel for petitioner absent, when the matter is called out. Even otherwise the purpose of the petition does not survive.
