The application is filed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.8 on record.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the notices were issued in the writ petition. The bailiff's report indicates that respondent no.8 is dead. In pursuance of the order dated 20.02.2023, the applicants were granted two (02) weeks time to take steps to bring the legal heirs of respondent no.8 on record. Thereafter, this civil application is filed dated 03.03.2023 to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.8. Notices are served on the heirs of deceased respondent no.8 but none has entered appearance for the same.

The legal heirs of respondent no.8 are permitted to be brought on record, as none has entered appearance nor is there any objection for the same. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

The civil application stands disposed of.
