Allow to withdraw. The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. Civil Application, if any, pending stands disposed of in terms of disposal of appeal. The respondents will be at liberty to apply for withdrawal of the amount, if any, deposited before the Tribunal as well as this Court and subject to orders of investment, if any, passed in the matter.
