Mr. Salgare, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation seeking appointment on the vacant post of Extension Officer (Statistics) in the cadre of District Service (Class-III) (Statistical) Grade-II on 10.01.2018 and 15.01.2018. However, respondent no.3 has not decided it as yet.

Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel appears for respondent nos.2 and 3.

In case, the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2018 and 15.01.2018 seeking appointment on the post of Extension Officer

(2) 44-wp-5648-2018 (Statistics) in the cadre of District Service (Class-III) (Statistical) Grade-II is pending with the respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide it in accordance with law and the policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
