Execution and operation of the award passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Aurangabad in M.A.C.P. No.110/2014 is stayed till final decision of the appeal, subject to deposit of entire compensation amount by the applicant with accrued interest thereon in this Court, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of passing of this order. Any default in depositing the amount
