1] The issue raised in the present Writ Petition is that the appeal preferred before the Tribunal is admitted after condoning delay and in case the employee succeeds in appeal, he should not be held entitled for back wages to the extent of period of delay in filing an appeal. 2] The petitioners permitted to raise this issue before the Tribunal at the time of final hearing of the pending Appeal.

3] Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
