Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that irrespective of the prayers being made, the petitioners would be satisfied if the direction is issued to the respondent no.3/Deputy Director of Education to consider the proposal, whereby the management has solicited approval dated 19.06.2023 to their appointments as Assistant Teachers.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision on the proposal (page no.38) dated
