1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

2] The order dated 02.11.2023 passed in Civil Application No.11556 of 2023 in First Appeal No.2231 of 2022 along with connected applications is recalled. The correction be made in para no.1 in line no.3 of the order dated 21.09.2023 that, instead of '60% of the compensation', it should be read as '75% of the compensation'. The remaining order dated 21.09.2023 would remain intact and withdrawal is permitted in terms of order dated 21.09.2023. Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-A and B.
