Petitioners have challenged the order passed by learned Magistrate of issuance of process. When learned advocate for petitioners is confronted with the fact that petitioners have alternate efficacious remedy of filing criminal revision under section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Sessions Court, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court.
