Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition. Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for Respondent No.5 submits that the petitioner - management is no longer conducting the said school as it has already been transferred during pendency of this petition. Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel submits that in future if there is any fresh cause of action, the petitioners may resort to fresh proceedings.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty only if there is a fresh cause of action. 3.

Pending civil application stands disposed of. 4.

The new management shall not claim that the interim relief that was earlier granted in this petition and which now stands vacated, would continue in their favour.
