Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 2290 days caused in filing appeal assailing award dated 31.08.2015 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No. 23/2013.

Learned counsel for Applicant submits that the delay caused in filing the appeal is unintentional and on account of procedural and administrative aspects which required to complied.

Learned counsel for Respondent/claimant raised objection contending that no sufficient case is made out to condone the delay.

Considering the submissions advanced and reasons stated in the Application, case is made out to condone delay. Consequently, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 6.
