In all these Petitions, the Petitioner is a Bank which has moved an Application under Rule 107(11)(d-1)(vi) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961, praying for action by the District Collector, to take possession of the properties of the defaulting borrowers/guarantors. 2.

In view of the above, all these matters are disposed off. We expect the District Collector, Latur, Respondent No.2 in all these matters, to follow the due procedure laid down in law and after granting opportunities to the stakeholders as is prescribed in law, initiate appropriate action as is permissible in law, on or before 30.06.2023.
