Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that due to illiteracy and poor economic condition, for want of proper knowledge, and as applicants were engaged in eking out their existence, the appeal could not be filed within time stipulated. 2.

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.3761/2016 in the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Collector, Land Acquisition, Anantnag vs. Mst.Katiji and ors, reported in AIR 1987 SC 1353, it would be expedient that the delay is condoned subject, of course, to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- ( Rs. one thousand) to the other side.
