The validation proceeding is pending.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the same is kept for hearing.

The petitioner is prosecuting his studies in 3rd (II) M.B.B.S. Course.

In light of that, we pass the following order:

ORDER

I.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on

2 wp 3581.20 12.03.2020. The Committee will decide the proceeding within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

II.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting the studies of 3rd (II) M.B.B.S. Course nor withhold declaration of result and shall not claim full fees only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

III.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
