DATE : 28.03.2018 ORDER:

1] When the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner.

2] It appears that, the Division Bench [Coram:P.V.Hardas & R.M.Savant, JJ.] directed the respondents to forthwith allot the reservation by observing the rotation policy in its letter and in spirit for the elections of the Zilla Parishad. It appears that, the directions were issued in the year 2006. The Contempt Petition has been filed in the year 2015. The Petitioner in the Contempt Petition has not stated developments, which had taken place from passing the order by the Division Bench till filing of the Contempt Petition.
