Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.P. for non-applicants.

We would consider the present civil application only to the extent of prayer Clause (B) that is seeking amendment. We are not inclined to grant prayer Clause (C) of the present civil application. The same would be considered while considering the Writ Petition on merits.

In light of that, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B) only.

Civil Application is disposed of.

5.

The amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days.
