The matter has been moved for speaking to minutes. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in Writ Petition No.3471 of 2016 the competent authority to consider the proposal for approval is respondent No.2 - the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik. However, in the common order dated 4th May, 2016 passed in Writ Petition No.3480 of 2016 with companion writ petitions including Writ Petition No.3471 of 2016 inadvertently, the said
3480.16wp+ authority remained to be mentioned in para 2 of the said order. He also submits that the word "teachers" in line No.5 of para 2 is also required to be substituted by the words "non teaching staff".
Therefore, in the aforesaid common order dated 4th May, 2016, in paragraph No.2 instead of the words "Education Officer", the words "the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik"
stand substituted only in relation to Writ Petition No.3471 of 2016. So also, the word "teacher" appearing in 5th line of paragraph No.2 of the said order, the words "non teaching staff" stand substituted, as regards Writ Petition No.3471 of 2016 itself.
Registry to carry out necessary correction as above and issue corrected writ. Motion stands disposed of.
