ORDER:

The present petition is a classic example of a disgruntled element of the Trust. The petitioner claims to be the proposed president of the Madarse Madina Tul Uloom Education Society Public Trust running Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 Schools. The petitioner wants relief against his own Trust and against his own schools on the ground that the respondents are not closing down the additional sections. 2.

Mr. Mukhedkar, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner is seeking implementation of the orders of the Block Development Officer dated 13.01.2020 and 03.12.2019.

We fail to understand the modus operandi of the petitioner. On one hand, he claims to be proposed president and on the other hand, he is seeking relief against his own Trust.

4. We are not inclined to entertain such petition wherein the petitioner wants to rake up the personal feud through the medium of the Court. 5.

If the petitioner has other remedies available, he may avail such remedies.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
