This is the Application by the Acquiring Body for condonation of 942 days delay in preferring First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 10.05.2019 passed by 3rd Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad in LAR No.146/2013.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that due to administrative reasons, the Appeal could not be preferred within the stipulated time and hence, the Application may be allowed. 3.

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 - Claimant. He submits that no sufficient reasons are shown in the Application.

The learned AGP for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that appropriate orders be passed.

On hearing both the sides and considering the grounds raised in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ' B'

, subject to costs of Rs.1000/- (Rs. One Thousand) to be paid by the Applicant to Bar Association of learned Reference Court i.e. 3rd Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad. Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
