Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the application, as the charge sheet is filed after the rejection of the bail application filed by him before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Newasa. He, therefore, seeks liberty to approach the same Court with a prayer for regular bail, taking into consideration the contents of the charge sheet. Accordingly, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
