Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the complaint is filed for release of the amount against the Bank with the Banking Ombudsman (respondent No.2).

According to the learned counsel for respondent No.3, the amount is already released in favour of the petitioner. 3.

In case the complaint (Exhibit A) is filed by the petitioner

Writ Petition No.5125/2018 and if the same is pending with the respondent No.2, then the respondent N.2 may decide the complaint on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned, expeditiously, preferably within six months. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
