Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. The petitioner raised grievance in respect of affairs of one co-operative society, namely Vivid Karyakari Sahakari Society, Tarhadi, Tq. Shahada, Dist. Nandurbar, before the Collector, Tahsildar, District Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies. On receiving the representation/complaint forwarded by the petitioner, the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Shahada, promptly forwarded the communication, in turn, to the Chairman of the said society calling a self-speaking report in view of the representation submitted by the petitioner. The copy of the communication dated 11.02.2019 issued by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies is placed at Exhibit "E".

{2} wp3664.19.odt Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on the backdrop of material placed on record, we dispose of the petition with direction to Respondent No. 3 - Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Shahada, Dist. Nandurbar, to take the order passed by him on 11.02.2019 to its logical end, as expeditiously as possible. In our opinion, this direction takes care of the grievance raised by the petitioner. Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Learned AGP appearing for respondents to communicate this order to the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Shahada, forthwith.
