Learned advocate for the applicant-petitioner seeks leave to delete respondent No.1. Leave is granted. Deletion to be carried out forthwith.

Learned advocate appearing for respondent No. 3 C.E.O.of the Maharashtra State Board of Wakf submits that the representations made by the applicant- petitioner would be placed in the ensuing board meeting. The applicant- petitioner

928-ca-4389-18.odt would be informed about the date on which he should appear before the Wakf Board and he would be heard. After hearing him, the Board would pass appropriate reasoned orders on such presentations.

Considering the above, the Civil Application is disposed off by observing that respondent No. 3 shall ensure that the representations of the applicant-petitioner shall be placed before the very first board meeting that would be convened. The petitioner would be informed about the date well in advance for his preparation to address the Board and after the hearing is complete, respondent No. 3 Board would pass an appropriate reasoned order within four weeks. 4.

Considering the above, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that Contempt Petition No. 317/2015 can be disposed off. As such, Contempt Petition No. 317/2015 stands disposed off.
