We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Menzes, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.4 and 5.

The petitioner seeks appointment as a full time Assistant Teacher. She is working as a part time teacher since 09.01.2006. Her appointment is also approved. The petitioner relies on the Government Resolution dated 10.06.2005 and the directions issued by the Deputy Director of Education dated 25.09.2014 and 06.04.2018.

We have also heard Mr. Menzes, learned counsel for respondents no. 4 and 5.

The reliance is also placed on the order dated 19.04.2017 in Writ Petition No. 12275 of 2016 with connected writ petitions at the principal seat.

Considering all the aforesaid conspectus of the matter and the order of this Court dated 19.04.2017 in Writ Petition No. 12275 of 2016 with other connected writ petitions, the petitioner if otherwise eligible shall be considered for appointment as a full time Assistant Teacher by respondents no. 4 and 5, and thereafter the proposal to that effect be forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education.

Mr. Menzes, the learned counsel, on instructions submits that within fifteen (15) days the management would appoint the petitioner as full time Assistant Teacher and forward the proposal as a full time Assistant Teacher.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, the civil application also stands disposed of.
