Present civil application is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal representatives of sole deceased petitioner on record.

It is the contention of the applicants that during pendency of the writ petition, sole petitioner has expired on 29.01.2025. The Death Certificate of the deceased petitioner is annexed alongwith the application. Present civil application is filed within the period of limitation. No delay has occurred in filing the civil application. It is the contention of the applicants that to cause

14 CA NO.2998.2025 -2appearance on behalf of sole deceased petitioner, it is necessary to bring the legal representatives of deceased petitioner on record. 3.

Considering that no delay has occurred in filing the present civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner to carry out necessary amendment within period of 2 weeks. 5.
