Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Collector, Latur has passed an order on 5.8.2015, which is conveyed to the petitioner, by letter dated 6.8.2015. By the said order, a fresh cause of action has arisen for the petitioner and he desires to challenge the said order dated 5.8.2015, through a fresh petition. 3.

Copy of the documents (3 pages) tendered across the Bar by the learned Advocate is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

Shri Venjane, therefore, submits on instructions that this petition be disposed off as withdrawn, with liberty to present a fresh petition with regard to the fresh cause of action Exhibit "X". The respondents do not oppose.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Rule is discharged.
