Mr. Deshmukh, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, the respondents be directed to reconsider the corrected proposal dated 04.02.2020. The first division for 11th and 12th standards is not considered, though the second and third divisions are sanctioned. However, first division was not erroneously sanctioned.

We have also heard Mr. Yawalkar, the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents/State.

It appears that, the petitioners are sanctioned second and third divisions for 11th and 12th standards, but no orders are

In view of that, the respondents shall reconsider the application/proposal of the petitioners dated 04.02.2020 afresh on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy and shall take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
