Per Court :- Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that, after filing of the charge sheet, the present applicants have not moved any application for bail, before the trial court and in that view of the matter, he submits that, he wish to withdraw the present Application, with liberty to file application afresh before the learned trial court. Since it will be first application after filing of the charge sheet before the learned trial court. Prayer is accepted.

[2] Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file afresh application before the trial court and the learned trial court is directed to consider the application afresh in view of the filing of the charge sheet.
