It is submitted by both the parties that now dispute is settled between the parties. In view of the settlement, the parties have converted the proceeding already filed in the family Court into petition under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The learned Judge, Family Court, Nanded by order dated 02.01.2023 has also passed an order and decree is passed under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. In the order the learned Judge has recorded the entire settlement between the parties. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the respondent that his client has received an amount of Rs.6 lakhs pursuant to the settlement and now there is no dispute between the parties. The wife has waived her future right in the property, in view of receipt of amount of Rs.6 lakhs.

Thus, both the advocates pray that in view of settlement, this petition may be disposed off. The certified copy of the judgment and decree passed by the learned Judge, Family Court dated 02.01.2023 in petition No. A107 of 2017 is taken on record and marked as Exh. "X" for the purpose of identification.
