Having heard learned advocate for the petitioner for a considerable length, it appears that application Exhibit-26 had been moved at a pre-mature stage.

Having regard to the reasons, as are appearing in the impugned order, those do not require to be faulted with, the writ petition is not being entertained and stands rejected. 3.
