By this application, the applicant - Shree Saibaba Sansthan Shirdi, through Adhoc Committee has moved this Court for permission to implement resolution No.62 dated 20th January 2025, passed by the Adhoc Committee for issuing of e-tender for purchase of 5083 new iron beds for Sai Ashram Bhakta Niwas and Sai Dharamshala, for an estimated of cost of 2,84,64,800/-.

We have perused the resolution at page No.25 of the application. Having perused the contents of the application and the resolution, we are satisfied that prayer made in the present application Shrikant Malani

1228.1.CA.3337.2025.doc can be granted.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as follows :

"(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement Resolution No. 62 dated 20.01.2025 passed by Adhoc Committee for issuing E-Tender for purchase for new 5083, Iron Beds (Cots) for Sai Ashram Bhakta Niwas and Sai Dharmashala, for which an estimated cost of 2,84,64,800/- is required to be spent." ₹ (Y.
