By the Civil Application No. 6213/2022, the applicants pray for condonation of delay in filing civil application filed for setting aside the order dated 17.1.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) and for restoration of the writ petition. By the Civil Application No. 6210/2022 the applicants pray for quashing and setting aside the order dated 17.1.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial), dismissing the writ petition as the petitioners have not complied with the office objections within time prescribed.

The learned counsel for the applicants state that office objections could not be removed for the reasons recorded in the applications and undertakes to remove the office objections within two

CA 6210/22 weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the order dated 17.1.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is set aside on condition that the applicants remove the office objections within two weeks from today. Delay, if any, is condoned. Writ petition is restored. Both the civil applications are allowed, subject to compliance of aforesaid condition. If the office objections are not removed within aforesaid stipulated period, it would be deemed that the applications stand rejected automatically. No order as to costs.
