PER COURT :

1) This civil application is moved for withdrawal of the amount. It is brought to notice of this court that in companion matters, the original claimants have been permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this court.

2) In view of the above, following order, -

ORDER

a) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to this court that in the event the applicants are

required to deposit the amount, they would deposit the same within one month b) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing solvent security of the said amount;

c) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount on furnishing bank guarantee of the said amount.

d) The Civil Application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
