We have heard Mr. Kale, the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Bhosale, the learned Advocate for respondent No.3/Competent Authority, on instructions, submits that the objections raised by the petitioner under section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956 is heard and kept for orders on 07.04.2021. Mr. Bhosale, on instructions, further submits that the amount would not be disbursed to any party till the date of decision and seven days thereafter.

It is for the authorities to consider whether the matter is required to be referred to Civil Court or not, on its own merits. 4.

Writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs. All contentions are kept open.
