Learned Counsel for the Petitioners tenders on record order passed by the Supreme Court dated 19.07.2023 by which various proceedings between the parties were quashed. The proceeding initiated by the Respondent-Wife i.e. Criminal M.A. No.871/2020 which is pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhule which is sought to be challenged in the present petition, is also quashed by the Apex Court.
