Learned counsel for the parties state that the compromise terms have been got verified from the Registrar, as directed by this Court. Parties were before the Registrar and had been identified by the counsel. Counsel state that the compromise had been arrived which is not objectionable and had been lawful. The counsel for the parties state that the parties have accepted the terms of the compromise.

In view of the aforesaid, Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise.
