Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Respondent No.2 had approached the Hon'ble Apex Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 165 of 2022, wherein the Hon'ble Apex Court has set aside the legal proceedings between the parties by order dated 19th July, 2023. He places on record copy of the said order.

We have perused the said order. Relevant portion of the said order reads thus :- "To bring the inter se litigations to an end, we deem it appropriate to quash and set aside the legal proceedings mentioned in 1 / 2

999-WP-351-21.odt paragraph 16 of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.03.2023, which are as under, in exercise of our power under Article 142 of the Constitution of India:
