The petitioner's proposal for grant of approval to his transfer effected under Rule 41-A of the Maharashtra Employees of the Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 from partially aided to fully aided division. The proposal is pending with the respondent no.5. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent no.5 to consider the proposal dated 04.05.2020 (Exhibit-A) on its own merits and in accordance with the law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks under intimation to the petitioner without referring to the Government Resolution dated 29.04.2024 and the subsequent circular dated 03.10.2024.
