Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that unfortunately the applicant could not deposit the Demand Draft of Rs. 20,000/- before the Investigation Officer and after expiry of the period

(2) Cri. Appln. No. 01362 of 2017 fixed by this Court, the Investigation Officer refused to accept the Demand Draft. He submitted that subject to this condition, relief of pre-arrest bail was granted by this Court.

In view of the said submission, time is extended till 30th March 2017 for depositing the Demand Draft before the Investigation Officer. The Investigation Officer shall accept the Demand Draft. It is made clear, that the previous relief granted is made final after acceptance of Demand Draft.

Present Application is disposed of in the above terms.
