Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the application. 2.

The learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant has already been retired from the service and due to pendency of appeal his pensionary benefits are withheld by the concerned authorities. The applicant has already attended the age of 65 years and now he is senior citizen. Therefore, he requested for expeditious hearing of the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
