Order :- When the matter is called out, none appears for applicant. Perused the application. Heard learned AGP for respondents No. 1, 2. Learned AGP submits that the present appeal came to be filed independently by the applicant- Acquiring Body, therefore, there is no necessity to transpose the respondents No. 1 and 2 State of Maharashtra and SLAO as appellants in this matter. 2.

In view of submission on the part of learned AGP and the nature of subject matter, I find force in the submission put-forth on behalf of learned AGP. In such circumstances, the application being inapt deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, application stands dismissed.
