Writ Petition No.1582/2015 has been disposed of by order dated 11/2/2015. The learned counsel for the applicant states that, surname of the petitioner has been wrongly typed in the cause title. The surname of the petitioner is Pilangwad. However, it has been typed as Pingalwad in the cause title. The same be allowed to be corrected and subsequent correction is sought in the order dated 11/2/2015.

We have gone through the first page of the Service Book attached to the Civil Application, wherein the surname of the petitioner is shown as Pilangwad. In light of the above, it appears that, there is typographical mistake in writing the surname of the petitioner. In light of above, the Civil Application is allowed. The applicant is allowed to correct the surname of the petitioner as Pilangwad. The necessary correction be also carried out in the order dated 11/2/2015.
