Mr.N.B. Narwade, the learned advocate submits that some of the inmates in the jail have committed criminal mischief along with applicant - Vaibhav Baban Huchhe.

The Superintendent of Jail, Ahmednagar is therefore directed to submit report in this behalf on or before 26.03.2024. 3.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar where Sessions Case No.323 of 2023 is pending, is requested to provide the pen drive of CCTV footage filed in the charge-sheet, if

225.2024BA -2possible. If it is not so, the Investigating Officer is directed to provide that pen drive of CCTV footage along with the copy to be given to the accused concerned, as early as possible and in any case, on or before 23.03.2024.
